Payment Routing
Multi-rail orchestration across HKD, CNH and USD corridors with deterministic failover and merchant-grade observability.
HONGKONG LIXIN LIMITED designs the payment, settlement and risk plumbing that fintech operators rely on without ever needing to think about it. We work with licensed institutions, neo-platforms and cross-border merchants who treat reliability as a product feature, not a cost line.
We are organised around problems institutional finance teams actually file tickets about. Every engagement runs on documented runbooks, signed change controls and SLOs that survive audits.
Multi-rail orchestration across HKD, CNH and USD corridors with deterministic failover and merchant-grade observability.
End-of-day, intraday and on-demand settlement with ledger-grade reconciliation built for regulated balance sheets.
Transaction monitoring, sanctions screening and KYB workflows aligned with HKMA and APAC supervisory expectations.
Idempotent APIs, event-sourced cores and zero-downtime deploys — the boring foundation that high-stakes systems require.
Each solution below is shipped as a discrete, audited module. Combine them, or bring us into an existing stack — we are deliberately uninterested in lock-in.
Single endpoint that selects the optimal rail across FPS, RTGS, SWIFT and partner networks, with deterministic fallback and replayable idempotency.
End-to-end onboarding, pricing and chargeback workflows for cross-border merchants, run by a Hong Kong–based ops desk on a 16/5 schedule.
Double-entry, event-sourced ledger supporting 12 currencies with sub-account hierarchies, atomic FX and exportable audit trails.
Daily, intraday or on-demand settlement against your nominated banking partners, with break-investigation runbooks and signed-off MIS.
Real-time scoring engine combining velocity, device, geography and counterparty signals — explainable rule trees, not a black-box model.
Tiered KYB onboarding, ongoing screening and adverse-media review with case-management tooling aligned with HKMA AML expectations.
Independent gap-analysis and remediation against MSO, SVF and overseas equivalents. We map controls to clauses, not slideware.
Curated event stream into your warehouse, with prebuilt models for regulatory reporting, exposure analytics and product KPIs.
Joint engineering review of your payment paths — incident archaeology, error-budget design and a quarterly reliability report card.
We do not pitch transformation programmes. We diagnose, scope tightly, ship a measurable slice, and only then expand. Every stage has a written exit criterion you can hold us to.
We sit with the operators — not the deck — and document the actual flow of money, exceptions and pain. Output: a one-page diagnostic.
1–2 weeksA target architecture, written runbooks, SLOs and a concrete remediation backlog scoped against your regulatory perimeter.
2–4 weeksOne corridor, one product, one merchant cohort — instrumented from day one. Go-live behind a feature flag with a rollback plan.
6–10 weeksWe expand to additional rails, hand the runbooks to your team or our managed-ops desk, and stay on a quarterly reliability cadence.
ContinuousHONGKONG LIXIN LIMITED was founded by operators who had spent the previous decade running payment systems inside banks, exchanges and licensed money-service operators. The firm exists because we believed those systems deserved to be built with the same care as core banking — not stitched together as marketing afterthoughts.
We are deliberately small, deliberately senior, and deliberately based in Tsim Sha Tsui — close to the regulators, banks and corridor partners that our clients ultimately depend on.
We are unlikely to be the cheapest vendor on your shortlist. We expect to be the one your CTO and your Chief Compliance Officer agree on.
Every senior on our side has run the equivalent function inside a regulated firm. We arrive with opinions about what works because we have already broken it once.
Architecture docs, change logs, runbooks, control matrices — produced as we go, in formats your auditors and regulators already accept.
Open APIs, exportable data, documented dependencies. If you replace us in three years, your engineers should be able to do it in a sprint.
We do not co-brand, we do not press-release, and we do not name our clients. Discretion is part of the product.
“The mark of well-built financial infrastructure is that the people who depend on it forget it is there. That is the bar we hold ourselves to, every release.”— Engineering principle, internal handbook
The fastest way to engage us is a short note: who you are, the corridor or product in question, and what success looks like in 90 days. A senior partner replies within two business days.
